During her university years Sophie spent much of her spare time organising and taking part in charity events which, among others, has included bungee jumping and fire walking!

Like many of the other fitness fanatics at Montanaro Sophie owns a gym membership but has yet to use it: instead she will be found more often than not in a lively bar with a group of friends and a glass of wine.
