After completing her A levels in 1995, Georgina went on to study Fine Art at college.

She spent three years as a PA at Primrose Consultancy before becoming a supervisor at Six Continents. Georgina moved to Tecnon OrbiChem in 2004 where she was a senior administrator.

Georgina joined Montanaro in April 2007.
