Mark spent four years studying at Coventry University where he gained a degree in Business Studies.  From there he joined Aberdeen Asset Management PLC where he undertook various roles in the London, Irish, Scottish, American and Singaporean offices before settling into a statistical analysis role in the Company Secretarial department.

Mark later left the City in order to become self employed in sporting promotion, merchandise and media before joining Seetec Ltd as an Employment Consultant charged with the task of case loading and retraining the long term unemployed as part of the Government’s New Deal initiative.

Mark joined Montanaro in August 2006.
