As a fund manager, Christian sometimes took contrarian views. This may be why he left the South of France to move to cold and wet Scotland when the whole North of Europe seems to be migrating in the other direction. Christian speaks French and Spanish and, on moving to Scotland, even took (and passed!) an O Grade in Gaelic. He very much likes certain Italian wines and is currently learning Italian so he can visit the various producers during his holidays. For some years now, Christian has imported his favourites wines and champagne into the UK. His other great interests are literature and cinema, and he is a mine of information on those subjects. He has high hopes of getting famous movie stars as clients! His next move will be to go back to karate classes to lose the excess weight he accumulated during his wine and food tastings.
