Nere completed an MBA at London Business School in 2010. During the MBA she spent a semester at Columbia Business School in New York, as part of the international exchange programme. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with specialisations in marketing and finance from Universidad de Deusto in Spain.

Before the MBA she worked as an associate in the Consumer and Retail Group at Lehman Brothers in London. Other work experience includes ecommerce strategy at Coca-Cola in London.

Nere is bilingual in Spanish and English.
