When away from the office, George devotes his time to engaging in some of the less mainstream sports including rock climbing, cycling and boxing. Future ambitions include completing a marathon and l’etape du tour, preferably in a vaguely respectable time.

A yearly trip or two to the Alps allows him to refresh his snowboarding ‘skills’, with his enthusiasm almost making up for any apres-ski induced balance issues, whilst he also enjoys travelling in Europe and further afield for more relaxing holidays when the opportunity arises.
