Our first fund was launched as a 10-year Limited Partnership in January 1994.  The strategy was to invest in UK quoted companies below £50 million in size, aiming for absolute returns.  It performed well, providing investors with good returns and relative outperformance as well.  As a result, some of the original investors asked us to launch a successor fund – which we did in December 2003.

The Growth & Income Fund is again structured as a Limited Partnership with a 10 year life.  Each investor has a separate fund.  Investments are in both UK and European quoted small companies. 

The goal is to achieve attractive absolute returns by investing in undervalued companies held for the long-term.  It is not a hedge fund, but will hold cash when deemed appropriate.        

The Fund is open to new investors with a minimum of £1 million.
